Calculating Exact p-value for DNA motifs

We design and implement an efficient dynamic programming algorithm to
calculate the exact p-value considering multiple occurrences of
motifs denoted by matrices on markov model. We also provide on-line service.

WINDOWS: the windows executable is compiled from C++ code with MicroSoft Visual C++ 6.0 compiler tools and should be run in a command prompt.
