Calculating Exact p-value for structured motifs
|
We design and implement an efficient dynamic programming algorithm to
calculate the exact p-value considering multiple occurrences of
structured motifs on i.i.d model.
The windows executable is compiled from C++ code with MicroSoft Visual C++ 6.0 compiler tools and should be run in a command prompt.
